My Role: Concepting + research + interviews + talent coaching + copywriting (scripts, advertising assets).
The Backstory: Imagine for a moment a place just as beautiful as Lake Tahoe, but with the close-knit feel of a small-town hidden gem. That place is Mammoth Lakes. Our challenge was to set Mammoth apart from the more populated tourist traps, and we didn’t have to look far for inspiration. During our fam tour, I was struck not only by the uniquely stunning locale, but by the locals themselves. So we spun up a play on their “No Small Adventure” tagline and made the quirky, outdoor-loving locals the hero (and the talent) of the story.
The Bonus: The client was so inspired by two of my content ideas that they decided to produce both. The bonus social series, “Mammoth Cures for Common Maladies,” turned micro moments of POV happiness into simple social spots that give our audience a memorable moment of bliss and position Mammoth as a pure cure for the mundane.
