The Backstory: For my third project with J.P. Morgan, we shifted our focus to their high- and ultra-high-net-worth advisory services website, which has an entirely different look, feel, and tone from our award-winning J.P. Morgan Wealth Management site. This project consisted of 12 new pages using existing modules, including net-new landing pages per each service pillar (Wealth Planning, Lending, Banking, and Investing), as well as the first-ever public page about J.P. Morgan’s family platform targeted specifically at ultra-high-net-worth families. To achieve this, I conducted in-depth interviews and hands-on workshops with subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders within the organization to learn about each service and what sets it apart from other offerings in the J.P. Morgan ecosystem, as well as assisted with user testing and interviews to ensure that our navigations and user journeys were intuitive to unique needs and behaviors of this important target audience.
