The Backstory: CLEAR had grown to become much more than the “cut-the-line company.” In fact, their success in the airport led to a unique challenge—and opportunity. Their digital identity technology has soared beyond the consumer-facing travel use-case, leading to exciting B2B partnerships with companies such as LinkedIn or Avis utilizing CLEAR’s identity verification platform at events, workplaces, stadiums, car rentals, and the list goes on.

As their brand prepared for takeoff, they needed crisp new messaging, carefully crafted to provide parallel paths for B2B and B2C audiences on a new website, painting a picture of the brands’ current offerings and long-term vision for a friction-free future. Through a fresh look, feel, tone, copy, and video content, we zeroed in on that exhilarating green-light feeling, selling not only a SaaS product or travel subscription—but a sensation, offering businesses and their customers a value proposition both intangible and tantalizing in a wait-in-line world.
