The Backstory: Like many SaaS innovators, Aidin needed help translating their platform’s capabilities into benefit-first language that would resonate with their audience. Their product was groundbreaking, but they needed to build a brand behind the software and explain how exactly it makes everyday life easier for over-worked healthcare workers and the patients in their communities.

Unlike most SaaS sites, they wanted their site visitors to walk away with a complete understanding of their purpose and product. The result is one of the most copy-heavy sites I’ve ever written from scratch (shoutout to the site designers for the enormous amount of real estate), which ultimately sets a standard for what SaaS websites should be: engaging, educational, and laser-focused on how the tool addresses real pain points for their target audience.
